Bath time

The extra photo is my mono blip of the plaque on the wall of my gym which is the converted chapel of old Bexley Mental Hospital, once known as a "lunatic asylum". Thank goodness we have a better understanding nowadays. The rest of the hospital grounds are now a luxury housing development but the old buildings have gone.
The residents of the hospital have been relocated to a new purpose built accommodation nearby.
