Lunch break

Today we drove to Kirkby Lonsdale where we met up with a friend (whose husband died 8 weeks ago) and had a lovely 6 and a half mile walk. The weather was fantastic and we sat on the river bank for our lunch looking at this view. 
It was a lovely day which we all enjoyed, there was plenty of time for chatting and reminiscing. It was different but good.
