We made it to Yakima, our former home town, and the house of our good friends. They have an incredible yard with a fire pit as a centerpiece. Despite the wind, we ventured out to enjoy the warmth of the fire and the comfort of good conversation. There is something to be said for long-time friends and the comfort that comes with such familiarity. Continuing to check my new camera's capabilities, finding its low light performance pretty good.
