WHAT A MOUTH....
.... another super Tuesday with Alice and as we were in the shopping centre getting some supplies, she reminded me of Tiny Tuesday as we were looking at these wonderful moth orchids on display, and selling for A$45 for one spike!!!
So with the camera in the car, out came the iphone and Blip done on a busy day.
However, on the way home enjoying the view along River road spotted a bird which caught my eye as one not commonly seen.
Quick stop.....jumped out and grabbed the camera to hope by the time I walked back a few yards it was still there?
Yes, there it was perched in the sun - have a look here on Flickr and sure enough on checking I am sure it a collared sparrowhawk, or chicken hawk.
Of course as they do, got three quick shots, and it was off.
Anyway, have it in the list of birds around the area!
Now, back to TT, looking forward to looking through all your shots for this week, and do not forget to tag TT52.
Enjoy, and have a look in LARGE as they are here a variety quite small flower normally, but apparently breeders are now producing blooms as large as 5 inch diameter.
