To the Western Horizon

There is a wonderful panorama of the surrounding hills from the kirkyard at Kirkton of Rayne, Aberdeenshire.

To the south (not visible in this view) the entire massif of Bennachie lies stretched out at full length.

This is the view looking west. The distinctive silhouette at the centre is the Tap o'Noth.

To the left of this one can just make out the mediaeval castle on the top of Dunideer Hill; the hill behind Dunideer is Suie Hill.
