By the pond

Sat by the pond this afternoon with the camera balanced on my knee, managed another photo by myself.
Washed my hair by myself today too. Very sore now, think I have done a bit too much this last two days.
Off to take my pills and lie on the bed now.
Stitches out tomorrow.
