Splash of Colour

Some weeks ago, as part of my training, my manager informed me I was to attend a course today; "Understanding the Basics of Dementia and beyond."

Tuesday is my volunteering day at the Sidmouth Club so I let them know and they arranged some cover for me.

To cut a dull and long story short, Head Office were surprised to see me because the course was cancelled some time ago!!!

I sent a curt text to my "manager". I have a low opinion of her managing abilities as it is! I shall certainly have something for her to write on the day she observes me if, 3rd time lucky, she actually shows up!

Anyway, the sun was out so I went home and tackled the garden. I understand it rained heavily when we were away over the weekend and it has all gone a bit mad out there.
