Keep on Running!

In the words of Steve Winwood and the Spencer Davies Group for those who are of an age to remember, and knowing means you are old enough to have grandchildren.  And on the left is Grandson 4 ( by age of course) running successfully in the Sprint at his school sports today and also participating in the egg and spoon and class relay.
