Chilling out in the garden

The weather was wonderful, and so after doing the ironing I had an hour this morning with my coffee and book out on the deck.  I have to give the Head Gardener credit, the garden looks stunning just now with the spring flowers and bushes all at their peak.

In the afternoon I went for a long walk locally and popped into Hunter House for a coffee and a meringue on the way home.  I texted the HG and he came along for coffee and cake too!

This being Scotland, I have no idea how long this great spell of weather will last, but I'm lovin' it!!!!
