Extreme cooking

As the grill is not working at the moment (man and new part coming on Thursday) I adopted some extreme cooking this evening. Using the blow torch to set the top of the omelet before flipping it worked a treat!

I have spent the evening writing a proposal for the assurer work I do for the council - this is the work they asked me to do!?, trying to register my activation code for tax self assessment and finally finding the email for L's student finance and trying to complete that. Phew bang goes an early night!
