Men..............

........& Their Toys
 

While walking through North Hagley Park, Christchurch, NZ this morning we came across a collection of men racing their model yachts around the larger of the two ponds in this park. It was peaceful there and enjoyable watching the race.
 
As we were leaving the clouds began to clear and the sunlight highlighted the sails of these models.
 
Today’s weather followed a similar pattern to yesterday – overnight rain, cloudy earlier in the morning followed by blue sky and sunshine, although yesterday afternoon high cloud put in an appearance and it provided the backdrop to my blip of the artwork called “Call Me Snake”. Thank you for the comments, stars and two special hearts for this blip.
 
PS – the internet has been a problem this evening. I had hoped I would finish thanking everyone who commented or left stars for my 1095th blip and also make a start on catching up with your journals. It doesn’t look as though that will happen so I’m afraid it will mean sprinkling stars and hearts instead.
