Kite Surfer

I find pictures of kite surfers are notoriously difficult to take because of the distance between the surfer and his kite which usually leaves you with acres of sea and sky as the main elements in your image. I was fortunate today to catch really experienced kite surfer who in the wild winds today was shooting right up and down the beach. I was a long way off and taking the photo at 600mm which help to shrink the distance between surfer and kite and just by chance I managed to take one shot where the surfer was near to the golf course end of the beach and this provided all useful backdrop for my shot especially as there were golfers to be seen on the course near to the beach.
