I'm on strike today and tomorrow in protest against increasing casualization of academic work, gender inequality in pay which is shocking bad in HE and the ridiculously hug salaries University Principals get and the ridiculously low pay offer we get. Went to a rally today and they had these gender cakes - the males ones were bigger than the females
