Spin'tastic!

This is me with a group of colleagues from my office, taking part in a spin class this lunchtime at the gym which is located on the ground floor of our new office block. I've been going to spin classes for years but this is my first time with work mates. I'm the old geezer in blue on the front row. Hard work but I love it! The sound and lights take your mind off the pain.
