Walked to and from work today - no bike. My weight was up today, so perhaps I should have biked! My 7-day average is still correct, but it was a big shift relative to the last few days... After work I did 750 m in the pool then went along to the Cycle Basingstoke meeting. I took a picture of a buttercup on my way into work, but spotted this little character on my way home so here is a hedge hog just by a hedge along the allotments!
