Ben does it again

Last night, we walked outside, I went to lock the house and Ben managed to fall over the football and fall on his arm and face. ( this is the morning after ) plus sprain, pull a ligament in his other arm. Oh he held back the tears, as Anya his girlfriend was with him !
Great day in work today. My assessment day has delighted my client so much they may offer 4 graduate positions. That's a result.
Slimmimg world tonight... Put on 1/2 lb so nearly lost my London weight. Went straight for a meal with a fellow class mate afterwards and had Nachos... Mmm they were fab.
Home at 9 am straight to the park with the doggies.
Elliot's home in one piece, great time, I was worried about the heat. He has dealt with 70 mile an hour winds, flash flood, torrential rain. So that told me !
The summer holidays and sunny weather has been great for business in the shop, great sales. So apart from Ben's mishap all positive.
