L.A. Lube

My 12 year old car failed inspection. I took it to a local garage to have the fuel mixture become less rich. They worked in it, and charged me nearly $500. When I returned it to be re-inspected at LA Lube, they said it still failed and that I have to drive it 50 miles before the computer is reset. X99@$&$!!!!
