The inconvenient truth?

The house of inconvenience is there in that pic. The surveyor says it is going to fall down. The structural engineer and my good neighbour Rod the builder say it isn't.
The surveyor also says it has a lot of damp - which it does - thanks to the current owner employing shoddy damp proofing specialists whose guarantees are probably worthless due to them doing shoddy work in the first place.
I also think it isn't going to fall down and we still want to buy it.
