Busy Sunday

Today we started the day with a walk in the forest, with CJ on his balance bike. We even found a fallen tree for CJ to jump off.

When we got back to the car, CJ wanted to ride for a little longer. So we took him to the top of a hill. And without hesitation he took off...

Predictably at the bottom, he couldn't stop and fell off. There were no tears, instead there was an "again, again". He kept going until he learnt to stop at the bottom of the hill - amazingly in only a couple of attempts .

We then headed to the pools with GD & Nan Be. It was great seeing the kids in the pools with them. CJ loved showing off his swimming skills - he can now swim a few strokes by himself.

It was a very busy day and the boys slept the whole way home!
