Lemony enemy

It was big and I ate it all. Shortbreaddy base and a lemon curd topping that melted from coconut lemon fluff at the top, through silky lemon custard in the middle to dense lemon fudge at the bottom. I will be reverse engineering this recipe very soon: just as soon as my belly is out of food-baby mode!
