Lucky lunchtime

Someone told me today about a bird hide in Yarmouth, that I never knew was there, so I decided to talk a walk at lunchtime to find it. It was in a little copse that I hadn't visited for about 4-5 years. I ate my lunch in the hide, there weren't that many birds to see, unfortunately but it was nice and relaxing and there was lots of bird songs to be heard.

After my lunch, I decided to walk through the copse, as I rounded one corner a Jay landed on a tree right in front of me. I only had time to take 2 shots before he flew away, and this was the best. I'm really happy with it, as I've been wanting to capture a jay on film for a long time, so it was my lucky lunchtime......... now back to work :(
