Valley Gardens, Harrogate - 21st May Backblip

Breakfasted in the town and then took a turn around Valley Gardens before heading home.  

Called in at Clifford near Wetherby where I went to school and boarded for a time.  The buildings have mostly been demolished and replaced with housing although most of the playing field is still open space.   The Junior and High Schools were run by the Convent of Mercy (that's a laugh) but that would appear to have been dispersed elsewhere.  I didn't enjoy school but there is still something that draws me back from time to time.

Sorry not to have seen you Madwill but it was a last minute decision.
