Ladybug larva on dill plant
When I noticed this odd creature I thought it was a bit of fluff. However, when I removed it from the plant it moved. You can see legs along one side. There is also what appears to be an aphid in the photo. I have not been able to positively identify the fluffy insect but it seems to be a scymnus larva (ladybug larva). I have photos of ladybug larvae but they lack the white, waxy substance. Whatever it is I believe that aphid is in danger.
