Juvenile sparrows

I didn't go to work today - I didn't want to pass my streaming cold on to colleagues.  This turned out well, because there were baby birds wherever I looked in the garden.  The sparrows in the main pictures were thinking about jumping into the pond. The juvenile starlings were also going into the pond. The one in the last extra has just come out of the water.
