Final evening at Chelmsford Cathedral with Y3 Ordinands from St Mellitus. Tonight was a session looking at the theology of Safeguarding. Having wandered around and wondered about these things for some years it was great to look at the why and not just the how. It's also really encouraging to find the general understanding and importance of safeguarding is slowly becoming embedded in thinking, in training and in theological formation.
