The pieces of Lego I considered fancy thirty years ago are clumsy and crude compared to the stuff you get these days. Somewhere in the manufacturer's systems there must be some sort of table listing all the current parts and the number of packs in which each occurs from which one would be able to determine the pieces which only occur in one or two might be considered a bit too specialised and cheaty.
