For The Birds?

Last night D and I ate dinner at Malai - a Thai/Vietnamese Restaurant. It was a beautiful meal, but I forgot to take my phone so didn't get any pictures. However, my dessert, "Mango Sticky Rice Smash" was served in the coconut shell which had about ¼ inch of fresh coconut still in it. The waiter asked if I wanted to take it home for the birds to eat. I readily agreed, but actually enjoyed scraping it out and eating it myself tonight! Sorry birds!
