" THE PROMISE WAS LOVE "

As some of you may remember, when we took on the challenge of organising this garden 'jungle' we dug a lot of weeds out and in so doing we now have a garden full of different poppies.  This is just one of them!

Collected Matthew yesterday on my own as we don't like to leave Shelley for too long.  She must have remembered him because she immediately settled on his lap and fell asleep.

Now being Friday we had planned to walk across the River Gannel to the Fernpit Café but rain is now forecast for lunch so it will be a change of plans.  Cosynook Café in the village instead.
