Let's go ride a bike!

I went for a good cycle ride today, just around the lanes nearby, and managed to add 0.6 miles an hour to my average speed - incremental steps. I am going to the Dordogne for 4 days cycling with 2 friends at the end of June so need to get in condition.

The blip obviously wasn't the bike I road (!!!) but is certainly more photogenic!
