Lea Valley

I would like to say where this was in more detail, but I can't, I only know it was the Lea Valley because that was written in the benches! Lovely day to be out on the bike, but 54 miles later and my quads know about it!

Will is at N&P's for a sleepover, Carys went to Brownies, I met Nicoiseannie at Cafe Rouge for a quick catch up and then headed home with C to get sorted for tomorrow and camping. Needless to say I am not sorted. Tomorrow is nearly organised, camping is another matter!
