New book :)

My new challenge, I do love to cook but haven't played with spices a lot. I thought this book would be a great way to start, it's recipes use five spices or less, and some of them look quite simple.

So my top three at the moment that I am looking forward to cooking are -
Thai Red Curry Duck
Cinnamon and Lemon Chicken and
Allepy Prawn Curry

I am sure blip will get photos (if they turn out that is). Will keep you posted on how I go.
