Dangling by a thread (rope)

Air sea rescue exercise over Largs North Bay. The guy with the yellow wellies is one of our retained RNLI crew. The helicopter is a Royal Navy Sea King from HMS Gannet. They were practising for about an hour last night, gave me a great opportunity to try out my new telephoto lens!
