Going Down

Struggled with very low energy levels today. I had a date to meet with Forrest in Leeds in the evening and it would have been easy to have cancelled on him. Having been cooped up all day it helped having the need to get out for a couple of blips! 

We had some food before he took me to his new flat. He's got himself a very cool pad in a great location. It's hard to believe that he's been in his job for almost a year already. When it comes to work he has his head screwed on in an impressive way. I'm very proud of him for what he's achieved, and his ambition. Thanks son. You took me back up tonight.
