Blenheim Food Market

Isobel and I went to the Food Market at Blenheim Palace.

We wandered around, as you do, looking at all sorts of tasty, healthy, local, unusual, weird, organic, expensive, rare, home-made, smuggled, cooked, modelled, vegan, gluten-free morsels.

Isobel then had a brainwave.  We bought goats cheese with honey and black pepper, a loaf of soda bread and and two bottles of beer, 'borrowed' a couple of disposable knives from the cafe and headed to the lake for an impromptu picnic.

Luckily we had the chairs in the back of the car!
