Hanging on (still in Turkey).

This has to be a ringlet of some sort trying hard not to be seen. I have never seen a butterfly hanging off a tree branch before, maybe it had just hatched.

Bedtime now, David has to take me to the airport, leaving at 02:30! Goodnight. I hope I don't dream of the scary kayaking we did early this morning when the sea swell was bouncing back at us from the end of Kas Peninsula. I was so nervous in a big lumpy sea, I did not take a single photograph! The extra shows a rather lovely bay where we eventually landed in calm water. The restaurant provided lots of coffee and fruit salad, yoghurt and honey to help calm my nerves!
