Birthday Bonanza

Today was Rudy's 6th birthday, Asha's 'boyfriend'. We spent the morning creating part of his gift...then late afternoon we headed to the park for a party... kids, cake, sunshine...fun. 

I loved the light through Asha's tutu...there's a cake photo extra!

Today I'm grateful for; 
1) A slow morning.
2) The joy on Asha's face when she bumped into one of her school friends in the park.
3) A delicious lunch of chicken, avocado & red pepper...
