Look What I Spotted Today

Pulling into the parking lot of the train station today sits this totally awesome old car. I was shocked as I didn't think it was a very safe place to be parked. No one seemed to be there with it. I came back an hour or so later and it was still sitting there. I have no idea the make or year. Any ideas?
