Ryvita Tower

This more or less sums up my day. I've been indoors because it's been too hot to do much else and the Ryvita lunch comes as part of a halfhearted attempt to eat more healthily. I have to confess I did also watch last night's episode of 'Superstar' ( my guilty pleasure) but fashioning Andrew Lloyd Webber from a stack of sesame crispbreads proved beyond me.
