Toilet's been talking behind my back again

Still, could have been worse.

Went for a run this morning. Only 2.5 miles but I had forgotten just how much harder running is than cycling. I was knackered and I suspect I will have a few aches and pains in 2 days time. The next run might be more of a hobble.

Ashamed to admit it but I watched the final of BGT last night. Some decent acts but the voting baffles me. How the hell did a bunch of average dancers dressed up as storm troopers make it into the finals let alone get a top 3 place?

Off to mooch around Harrogate and then Pately Bridge. I'm with 2 ladies who like to shop - wish me luck!
