Ancient and modern

As promised, a picture of 'today', in mono . The windmill is still there, just shorter and hidden behind the 'barn' on the left hand side. What is interesting is seeing in more detail the bits which have been 'added' since the original photograph. I have no idea how many houses there were then, but the hedge marks the divide between us and our neighbours. The millstone we believe is original, and constructed it from the pieces we found in the garden.
