Bayside Festival Area...

...along the pleasure pier is where the bayside festival area will be, just in front of the Sea Life viewing tower. They've put up a Ferris Wheel and Helter Skelter along with a few marquees! In order to take part in this area you have to have paid for a ticket to enter. The only free sites will be on the beach, and part of the beach has been fenced off to accommodate the free bit where the huge live screen will be.

I'm reserving judgement on whether the event will be a success for Weymouth in terms of visitor numbers as there has been a lot of hoo-har surrounding the events here. Time will tell. I want it to be successful!
