Blue Bell by the stream

Lazy morning before going to Dartmoor for a long dog walk. Very nice walk as it started off a wooded area with a stream running through it. From there it was into the Plym valley and up onto Dartmoor itself. Stopped at the top of the valley for lunch while the dogs ran around. Nice gentle walk back across open moorland with sheep. Saw a horse with a foal towards the end of the walk. At the end J wanted to do some more swimming with Kilda with the dummy in the stream. Ended up chasing it down the river after Kilda wouldn’t go out and find it before it went down the rapids. Managed to take this photo of some bluebells with the stream in the background. Came back and went to meet some of the locals in the pub for a drink. We met the vet who we spoke to when we first got Kilda and were trying to decide what to do about her teeth. Came back for lamb chops and lobsters for dinner with a bottle of bubbles to celebrate J’s birthday next month as we won’t see J&A again before then.
