Poor old Gosport

The marina at Gosport is just alongside the old Royal Clarence Victualing yard, which supplied all the food and drink for the navy.

The marina is lovely, and the apartments that surround it are very smart places indeed, but the retail and business side of things has simply not been taken up at all.  A huge opportunity missed.  This place could be a vibrant and exciting place to be but seems to be some kind of council cock-up going on which means 10 years down the line every single unit is still empty.  Somebody somewhere is making some very poor decisions.
