Marsh Fritillary

A cloudy start to the day this morning but thankfully the sun came out as forecast at around 11.00 . I was pleased about that as I had gone in search of butterflies in Chambers wood. I went hoping to see the rare Marsh Fritillary which breed there and had been spotted. I was rewarded with seeing 2 individuals some more shots can be seen HERE along with a shot of another butterfly a Dingy Skipper but a well weathered one.
