Happy Half-Term
Finally, a week off as of 3:15pm today.
I didn't plan to go out tonight. The weather was glorious, so again, as always, I wished I already worked in London, so that I would already be there to go out after work. I have a friend who works in Covent Garden for a recruitment company, and he has passed my CV on to his colleagues. I'm hoping for some constructive feedback- anything that might move this search forwards. The other agencies have been useless. It seems as though no one is willing to take a chance on someone who is experienced in a different field, which to a point I do understand.
We were told where we were going next year at school. I shall be staying in Year 1, but working with somebody different. I think it's for the best. I was a little disappointed not to be the one moved back to reception, as I did that for five years, but maybe you can't go back.
I took Little B for a quick walk after my Waitrose shop. Then I tried my hand at stir-fried veggies and Sea bass. I don't like cooking. It makes me nervous. And not really worth the effort. I think I'll stick to grazing/snacking.
I was planning on a lovely lie-in tomorrow, sadly it wasn't to be....
