A butterfly

Had docs this morning, quite a good doc for a change, but as its a small practice took ages to be seen, so next tuesday i will have every blood test known to man lol, liver, pancreas, kidneys, white cells, diabetes, thiroid etc, cant spell that, i know its my pancreas that is in trouble, but at last i have got some proper pain killers..so after that i went in search of the swallowtail...15 miles biking later all i could get was this fellow, along with sunburn and i think a bit of sun stroke, but at least i can finally say that. yay for the sun :-)
