Red Planet
Shooting red hasn't happened every day this month - or even that many days. I noticed a couple of days ago that Mars was sitting at the head of Scorpius, and tonight I decided the red planet was ripe for the shooting.

I also stuck the 16-45 on, but it was harder to see what I was aiming at, as the LCD screen was four times dimmer (f4 instead of f2, as the M sits wide open until the shutter opens). Also, though it was at f4 the same as the M, it was not the same f4, as on the M, f4 is stopped down two stops; on the 16-45, f4 is wide-open. So it's a bit more coma-ridden.
