Vitality London 10,000

This is the scene in the Mall just before the start of the Vitality London 10,000, my favourite race of the year. Running through central London is glorious, and today I ran strongly all the way - beating my previous best for this race by nearly 4 minutes. My final two kms were faster than my first two - a previously unheard of achievement by me! I absolutely loved it!
