Wet swan in the rain.

This may sound like the title of art film (and I will be claiming copyrights!), but never the less it is what it is. Rainy day at the office, preparing a project for political favour and funding. It will save time and tax payers money, I promise! Had to clear my head, so went for a blip walk at the lake. Really enjoying our new neighborhood.
