Empty Nest

My son is preparing to sell this house in Michigan. He and Ruth will retire in two years. All three daughters have completed college and are on their own. A two story, four bedroom house is too big for a couple of empty nesters who are looking forward to retirement. That is my white rental car in the foreground.
